Participants who need visa assistance and/or visa support are advised to follow this process:

• Sendan email to the organising committee hdb_cisec@163.com no later than March 1, 2025  (requests received after this date may not be processed in time for the event), attaching the following documents:
• A duly filled out information for the visaletter form (a copy of the form can be found in appendix).
• A clear copy of eachdelegation member’s passport
• Arecent passport photo of each member of your delegation saved with delegate and name (example: KSA_athlete _last name _first name)
